Intelligence, Communications, and Engineering, Inc ICD-705 Instructor - Temporary in Kirtland AFB, New Mexico


SUMMARY :Provide on-site classroom training on the planning, design and construction requirements to build a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) to local Security Officers and facility engineers. Conduct a four (4) day training on ICD-705 to the United States Airforce, Air Force Research Laboratory, located at Kirtland AFB, NM on or around April 2-6 th (subject to change to later date). Instruction will be eight (8) hours a day. Instruction materials will be provided by the company. Travel and TDY will be provided by the company. Training will be on-site. Instructor will provide course completion certificates at the end of the course.



  • Must be able to follow a training schedule and conduct a trainingcurriculum (training materials will be provided by company) with the followingtopics to a class of 20-30 attendees

  • Must be able to brief and instruct a course of 20-30 professionaland military students.

  • Must have very good professional speaking skills and someexperience teaching/instructing in a lecture setting.

  • May have to stand and speak for 1-2 hours at a time, for no morethan 8 hours a day.

  • Must have a valid DoD ID and driver’s license to travel totraining location.

  • Must be able to pass a background check if requested.

  • Must have some familiarity with ICD-705 and most of thecurriculum.

  • Must have the ability to instruct from provided materials(PowerPoint, Handouts, etc.).


  • Has direct experience in SCIF management and construction

  • Has provided SCIF management and construction instruction

  • Has expert knowledge of ICD-705
