Welch Equipment Service Coordinator in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with our customers to determine their service needs,

Backup to service Dispatcher. Dispatch technicians to customers when needed,

Reconcile technician time to applicable Work Orders (WO),

Daily billing of invoices

Answer high volume of phone calls for the service area

GPS tracking

Scheduled maintenance list tracking

Perform data entry and assist in resolving issues

Payroll

Time Sheets

Maintain Work In Progress (WIP)

Process credit card payments

Assist Technicians with answers to questions, work orders, and parts.

Required Skills

MS Excel, MS Word proficient

Ability to organize plan and prioritize work

Ability to multi-task

Work with minimal supervision
