U.S. Bank OIM Senior Engineer – Identity and Access Management in Albuquerque, New Mexico

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced OIM Senior Engineer – Identity and Access Management with demonstrated competence and thought leadership capability to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. The OIM Senior Engineer is a critical role within the Identity & Access Management team and will be focused on supporting our Access Management platform based upon Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). This person will be responsible for Engineering and development function supporting the creation and maintenance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, architecture and standards that deliver enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management services for internal and external customers.

Additional responsibilities:

Assist with architecture and design of new IAM solutions with various tools mainly OIM 11G

Streamline IAM deployment process in multiple environments (Dev through Production)

Work with internal clients in supporting requirements analysis

Analyze business processes and existing technology solutions

Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations to clients

Develop test cases and test plans for Oracle IAM solutions

Support Level 3 on-call support

Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training as necessary

Maintain version control of code base using best practices and software development lifecycles

Remain current on Oracle and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies and best practices

Work with Oracle support to identity, find root cause, and resolve product issues during deployment, configuration, and integration activities.

Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks

Partnering with other Cyber Defense teams in integrating security solutions within Identity and Access Management.

Manage in-house solution covering all aspects of Identity Governance functions including Provisioning, Certification, Reconciliation, Reporting, Roles and SOD.

Performance tuning, disaster recovery and integration of OIM solution with other IAM tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

8 years of experience in IAM field with a minimum of 5 years in OIM tool support

Bachelors in Engineering or Science

5 years of experience in OIM 11GR2 architecture, installation, performance tuning, SOA development, ADF development, OIM connector development and troubleshooting

Experience working with Weblogic application server, JVM tuning

Development experience in UNIX, Java, JSP, WebServices and scripting languages such Perl, Python

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong technical writing/documentation experience

Ability to work in a team setting and multi-task environment

Ability to work non-traditional hours to support on call escalation issues to provide 24 x 7 service availability
