Job Description


  • Provides general facilities administration support which may include:

  • Responding to calls for facility repair

  • Purchase of office supplies including stationery, business cards, name plates, •

  • Handling special mail requests

  • Printing services,

  • Petty cash account

  • Facility security functions.

  • May assist with fixed asset inventories.


  • 0-1 Years experience. • High School Graduate • Little or no knowledge of the job.

Moderate understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job.
