Job Description

As an Installation Production Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer driven leadership and direction while ensuring a safe and productive environment that promotes the long term success of TLC and its employees. The Installation Manager is expected to work closely with our comfort advisers and our installation teams to maximize our efficiency’s and maximizes our customers overall experience.

Job Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding regulatory requirements of the trades.

  • Hold team members accountable to the safety requirements of the industry (i.e. PPE, Driving, etc.)

  • The ability to coach technicians following the Nexstar Service System in order to provide our customers with the “best in class” service

  • Ability to manage team members, holding them accountable to production goals

  • Use of technology to communicate with customers and team as well as the ability to read reports, interpret data, and effect change that will positively impact the business.

  • Provide clear and thought out communication

  • Teach technicians how to establish customer relationships while selling the proper products and services
