  • Must possess generalist experience, to include; employee relations, benefits, staffing, workman's comp, I-9's, onboarding and unemployment required.

  • Must be able to develop policy and procedure, and manager adherence.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required

  • Must be capable of working independently, in a busy environment, with minimal guidance

  • Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen

  • Must have a professional demeanor and appearance

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • PHR desirable
