SMG Custodian/ Set -Up in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Essential Duties: Responsible for the janitorial functions of the whole facility and set up requirements for events. Conducts general cleaning and upkeep of buildings, including restrooms, buffing, dusting and sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors. Washes windows, as well as clean-up of the facility during and after events. To set up for an event employee may move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects within 10-50 lbs. Organize and properly store all equipment and supplies.

This position requires simultaneously outdoor exposure to all weather conditions, work can be repetitive and physically demanding, frequently walking for a large amount of time, requiring frequent bending, kneeling and lifting. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects from 10- 50lbs.
