Purpose of Position:
To oversee the overall operations of the administrative support staff (to include the legal secretaries and office clerks) within a Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) field office. To ensure that the administrative unit maintains the processes and procedures within the office, and that the needs of the courts and critical office personnel are met. This position supervises legal secretaries and clerical staff and ensures timely service of legal documents, as well as ensuring timely processing of all clerical functions.

This position is a Pay Band 65.
Business Operations Specialist Supervisor
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Accounting and two (2) years of directly related job experience in the areas of budgeting, accounting, auditing, purchasing, cash management and/or financial management. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Do you have experience reviewing referred cases and conducted additional intake, research, and analysis to resolve problems and complaints?
Do you have at least four (4) years experience in legal research or legal documentation preparation or in accounting, finance or social, health or human service program development or delivery and/or clerical experience in a Child Support or Income Support office?

Do you have experience with Child Support Enforcement Division County office programs and sanction procedures?
Do you have four (4) years' experience as of Child Support Legal Assistant 1 (CSLA 1)?
Do you have experience coordinating data entry and retrieval from multiple interfacing information systems and databases?
